夏梦瑶，女，管理学博士，硕士生导师。主要从事碳经济与管理，企业创新、可持续发展、海洋经济相关的科研与教学工作。 目前承担连云港市科技项目1项，参与国家自然科学基金面上项目1项，国家自然科学基金青年项目1项。已发表SSCI/SCI/CSSCI学术论文10余篇。
